Short description of the project
By implementing this project, the company will improve internal processes (marketing, procurement, sales, strategic planning, risk management and digital transformation services) within the business, in order to achieve the company’s long-term goal, focusing on increasing profitability, strengthening market position and increasing competitiveness. companies.

The project included the following activities:
a) Procurement and implementation of specialized software;
b) Project management;
c) Promotion and visibility.

Objectives and expected results of the project
The aim of the project is to strengthen the market position and increase the competitiveness and efficiency of business by applying specialized software, and thus small business through improved application of ICT solutions.

The specific objectives of the project are:
a) Improving six business processes within the company;
b) Satisfaction of market requirements;
c) Top customer service;
d) Digital transformation of the health industry;
e) Strengthened market position;
f) Opening new employment opportunities;
g) Saving time per delivered service;
h) Increase in sales revenue and total revenue;
i) Support to the development of the information society in the Republic of Croatia.

The sustainability of the project will be viewed from several different aspects:
a) Financial sustainability;
b) Commercial sustainability;
c) Maintaining new software and improving its functionality;
d) Marketing activities.

Total project value and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK)
• The total value of the project is 419,000.00 HRK
• The total value of the project (eligible costs) is 335,200.00 HRK
• The EU share in project financing amounts to HRK 184,326.48

01/01/2020 – 01.01.2021.
